KANOKPORN NA RANONG (AOR)

Chief Executive Officer

Kanokporn is one of the founders, began her career as a personal assistant to the CEO then the first head of member assistant at Quintessentially Thailand with over 15 years of experience in customer relationship management. She has a wealth of experience working closely with the senior business leaders and corporate VIP clienteles across a range of industries including financial services, hospitality, retail, luxury brands, automotive and insurance industries.

She saw an opportunity that most of the organizations aim to build lasting relationship with their customers, in 2015, Kanokporn decided to invest in CRM business focusing on catering to businesses clients with the aim of becoming the Asia’s leading corporate privilege solutions provider.

Kanokporn is now Chief Executive Officer at The Black Tie Service and handles marketing and client relations.

The Black Tie Service has offered a wide-range of services that simplify our clients’ needs so they can focus on what’s important.

CHRIS EDWARDS

Regional General Manager - APAC

Chris graduated from Westminster University, London. Prior to his experience, Chris has owned and operated luxury service, concierge and transportation business in London, Melbourne and Hong Kong for over 10 years. As Regional General Manager of The Black Tie Service, Chris is responsible for regional company performance in Hong Kong, Singapore and China, building on new client acquisition and ensuring the continued growth of the business.

Chris is British national and is now residence in Hong Kong.

Benjamin Tse

Regional Operations Manager

With a business degree from Kent State University, Benjamin journeyed east where 10 years of experience was acquired at Quintessentially Hong Kong.  He has been perpetually focused on reliable and efficient service quality ever since. 

Benjamin manages the operational activities and teams across Asia as a Regional Operations Manager.

LINDA S. RIBIERE

Marketing Manager

After graduating from Silpakorn University, Linda has been exposed to numerous multicultural companies over the last 10 years. Linda’s expertise will focus on marketing, corporate privilege/redemption programs and exclusive client experiences.

PUNNCHARUS SUPPACHOKASAP(KOY)

Lifestyle Manager

After graduating in Communication Arts (Public Relation Majors) from Burapha University. She starts her career at Telecom Asia company since 15 years ago as a call center. Followed by experience at Orange, Hutchison and International SOS. Koy is in charge of Lifestyle Manager at The Black Tie Service.

XI LIU (ETHAN)

Business Development Manager - China

Ethan graduated from Siam University in Thailand. Having been in Thailand for more than 10 years, he has a keen understanding of both markets. He has worked on incentive trips at leading international travel agencies. Ethan’s focus is on business development in the China market.

Natharat Kaewrawang (North)

Business Development Manager - Thailand

North graduated from International College for Sustainability Studies, Srinakarinwirot University. Besides having professional experiences in sales and event management from international 5 stars hotel chains, North also have the background of information technology for corporate CRM solution and online-to-offline commerce, as well as partnership development.

North is in charge of all sales and business development of The Black Tie Services in Thailand.
